1) Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

You will receive a tracking number by email or text once your order is shipped.

5) Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
If this happens, we can resend it, but the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.


6) Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours. We will liaise with the courier and investigate.
If a product arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
