Returns & Refunds Policy

We at Ringo Suits Collection are committed to ensuring that every product is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Due to the delicate nature and custom styling of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference-related reasons.


1) No Returns on Standard Items

All sales are final unless the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery. This includes stitched, semi-stitched, and unstitched garments.

Please ensure you check measurements carefully before ordering. Our sizes may vary slightly due to hand-finishing, fabric stretch, and traditional tailoring styles.


2) Faulty or Damaged Items – Report Within 48 Hours

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery via email or our contact form. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence

Once we review your request, we may require the item to be returned for physical inspection. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if we confirm a genuine manufacturing fault or shipping damage.


3) Inspection & Evidence

Returned items will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:

  • No clear defect is found
  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or misuse
  • Evidence is insufficient to support the claim

4) Not Considered a Fault:

  • Minor stitching inconsistencies
  • Slight variations in colour due to lighting or screen settings
  • Size deviation of up to 1โ€“1.5 inches
  • Loose threads, sequins, or hand-embroidery movement
