What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of Indian suits, including stitched, semi-stitched, unstitched, and elegant co-ord sets. Every piece is curated with care to bring you traditional charm with a modern touch.

Do you provide customization options?

At this time, we do not offer custom tailoring or design modifications.
However, many of our suits come as semi-stitched or unstitched, giving you the flexibility to tailor them locally to your perfect fit.

How do I track my order?

Use your order ID or tracking number on our website to see real-time delivery updates.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition for any resolution to be considered.

How long does delivery take?

We currently deliver within the UK only with Standard or Express Shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Stripe (debit/credit cards) and Kustom (formerly Klarna) for buy-now-pay-later options.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@ringosuits.com. Once shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.

Will my items come with labels or tags?

Most suits come without branded tags. However, each item is checked for quality before shipping.
